Fried Shrimp in Soy Sauce

Fried Shrimp in Soy Sauce

Try this shrimp recipe. It calls for several pieces of shrimp that are fried, then soaked in a marinade of sake, soy sauce, sugar, and fish stock to produce a sweet, tart, and savory meal.
Ingredient:
11 oz Shrimp 8 tbsp ake Oil 6 tbsp Fish Stock 2 tbsp Sugar 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
Direction:
1. Wash and devein shrimp. 2. Soak shrimp in 2 tbsp salt for 10 minutes 3. Dry thoroughly with cloth then fry in hot oil (330F) 4. Put 6 tbsp salt, sugar, soy sauce in a saucepan with the fish stock, bring to a boil. 5. Add shrimp, cook til sauce caramelizes
