Shirataki Recipe Asian Flavor

Shirataki Recipe Asian Flavor

This Shirataki noodle dish is cooked with diced chicken, green onions, and toasted peanuts. Ingredients live minced garlic and ginger will enhance the already delicious flavor of this dish, and bring out a more complex essence with each bite.
Ingredient:
7 oz Shirataki Noodle 3 oz Chicken (cooked, diced) 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts 1/4 cup Green Onions (sliced) 2-3 tsp House Red Pepper 1/2 oz Dry Toasted Peanuts (chopped) 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Water 1 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter 3/4 tbsp Peanut Oil 1/2 tsp Garlic (minced) 1/4 tbsp Ginger (minced) 1/4 tbsp Orchid's Pure Sesame Oil 1 cup Lettuce (shredded)
Direction:
1. Parboil the shirataki noodles, add a pinch of salt (optional), then quick boil for 1-2 minutes. Drain and rinse. 2. In a medium mixing bowl combine Shirataki Noodles, chicken, bean sprout scallions, bell pepper and peanuts; set aside. 3. In blender combine remaining ingredients except lettuce and process on high speed until thoroughly combined. 4. Add to noodle mixture and toss to coat. 5. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes. 6. To Serve: On serving platter arrange lettuce around edge of platter; fill center of platter with noodle mixture.
